30-Day Returns - 100% Refund


 

Our 30-day No Questions asked 100% Money-Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect and reflects our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction.

If you decide to return the product, please contact our customer care team and we will arrange for the return courier and send you tamper-proof packaging. This is applicable for orders within India only and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Return the product to Sarvada Jewels within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product along with any original packaging and relevant certificates in the tamper-proof packaging provided by us. We provide free return shipping.
  • The amount of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.50,000 in case of Diamond Jewellery and Rs.1,00,000 in case of Solitaires. In case of Solitaire Jewellery (wherein the solitaire and jewellery mount are both purchased from Sarvada Jewels), a total value limit of Rs 100,000 shall apply. Preset Engagement Rings/Create Your Engagement Rings are also subject to a total value limit of Rs 1,00,000.
  • Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer are not eligible for 30 days Return. This includes all products ordered using the ‘Create Your Design’ feature.
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item and any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days return.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all return requests within the 30 Day Refund period.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewelry to the lab for re-certification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • The exchange amount or refund amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. If the value of the new product is lower, then the balance amount will be refunded back to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, payment of the refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 days of receipt of product.
  • Please note that the 30-day returns policy is not applicable for international orders, for Diamond Packs and for customized or engraved jewellery.

 

 Lifetime Exchange



You may exchange any product purchased from Sarvada Jewels even after 30 days under the Lifetime Exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice.

  • Solitaire diamonds shall be exchanged at 90% of prevailing market value, subject to a limit of Rs. 10,00,000.
  • Diamond Jewellery shall be exchanged at 90% of the prevailing market value after deducting the making charges, subject to a value limit of Rs 10,00,000.
  • Jewellery products consisiting of both diamonds and gemstones shall be exchanged at 85% of prevailing market value after deducting the making charges, subject to a value limit of Rs 10,00,000.
  • All Solitaire Mounts shall be exchanged at 80% of prevaling market value of side diamonds and prevailing market rate of gold after deducting the making charges.    
  • The prevailing market value in all cases will be determined solely by Sarvada Jewels and it’s decision will be final and binding for all parties concerned.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate. Submission of Invoice shall be optional for all Exchanges under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for re-certification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product. However, if the value of the old product is higher than the new product chosen, then no refunds will be given to the customer. The customer may choose more than one product in exchange of the old product.
  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • Sarvada Jewels reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection. Shipping charges under the Lifetime Exchange policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • All customized jewellery products can be exchanged under the Lifetime Exchange policy.
  • 3% GST (or the prevailing rate) will be deducted from the value fo the exchange for all the products.
  • Please note that the Lifetime Exchange policy is not applicable for international orders and Diamond Packs.

 

 Lifetime Buy-Back


Sarvada Jewels also offers Lifetime Buy-Back on all solitaire and solitaire jewellery purchases subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Solitaire diamonds shall be bought back at 80% of prevailing market value, subject to a limit of Rs.10,00,000.
  • For solitaire diamonds over Rs.10,00,000 you can set your price for the solitaire and list the solitaire on our website at your offer price for a fixed commission payable to Sarvada Jewels. We will be happy to assist you in setting a selling price for your solitaire.
  • Solitaire Mount: We also offer a lifetime buy-back for Solitaire mounts bought from Sarvada Jewels

                          Plain gold mount – at prevailing market rate of gold, after deducting making charges.
                          Studded mount - 70% of the product's prevailing market value, after deducting making charges .

  • The prevailing market value in all cases will be solely determined by Sarvada Jewels and it’s decision will be final and binding for all parties concerned.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate. Submission of Invoice shall be optional for all products under the Buy-Back Policy.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • For all Buy-Back transactions, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate shall be collected from the Buy-Back value. The current prevailing rate is 3%.
  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • The company reserves the right to change the buy-back amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection. Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • Sarvada Jewels reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • Shipping charges under the Lifetime Buy-Back policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that the Lifetime Buy-Back policy is not applicable for international orders, Diamond Packs, diamond/gemstone jewellery and customized jewellery.


Repairs & Resizing


 In case any product needs to be repaired or resized, we will be happy to assist you.

  • In the event you want to resize your ring/bangle/bracelet, Sarvada Jewels will resize the product free of cost except in cases where resizing is not possible.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer.
  • If for any reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product and charges will be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • This policy is not applicable for international orders.
