I reached out famous brands first and was not satisfied with their quotes. After quite a bit search, I decided to go with James Allen or BlueNile. But then I came across Surat diamond market and my search took me to Sarvada. To be safe, I have already done a basic research on diamonds and points to note while buying them. I contacted Sarvada. Dhawal was very professional. Understood my requirements. The best thing I liked is they help you to choose the best in your budget. If you choose one diamond, they will still look for cheaper option with same parameters. They are particular about making the purchase economical for customer. The process took us 3 months due to lockdown. I also had to get my saphires specifically cut as the shape I wanted was not normally available in market which Dhawal and team ensured they custom cut at their facility. Their were few minute details in my ring which they accommodated. They ensure that the overall product and quote are to our satisfaction and budget. We are very happy with our purchase and will come to Sarvada again for future diamond purchase.
