In brief my experience with Sarvada was very good and I would place them over other renowned big jewellers. I have visited more than 10 showrooms of different renowned brands, in three different cities and I was just disappointed with what they have to offer. Hence sharing my experience with Sarvada for everyone looking out for the best for their special one. My experience: I wanted to propose my gf and I started searching online browsed some renowned brands and their rings and finally came across Sarvada. Their website’s UI was basic and I was not 1% convinced of their authenticity at first but decided to give a try and dropped a message on their chat support. To my surprise it was a real human being replying to my message and I shared my number so that they can reach out to me on WhatsApp. They reached out and enquired about my requirements like design, my budget etc. I wanted a solitaire ring and had a design with me and according to my budget they came back with 5-6 options for the centre stone(all GIA certified). I had many rookie questions about why this diamond price is less and why the other more and other silly questions which were answered very politely. They also have a huge database of diamonds on their website, from where I searched some more and share them with Sarvada. They reviewed them and suggested the best one amongst them(they never pushed me for a pricy diamond). After selection the ring was delivered under 2 weeks. Everything was customised, the ring the diamond selection, engraving and they never said a “no”. Key takeaways: 1. You can customise the ring: metal, diamond, design, engravings. 2. Support: I have not called them once and my messages were answered within 15 minutes. They never pushed me to buy any particular diamond that could benefit them. I selected a diamond initially which was costlier than what I selected ultimately. They got that reviewed from their gemologist and clearly stated not to go with the one as it was a bit milky. 4. Authenticity: I received GIA certificate with my ring. 3. Payment: since I have ordered a customised ring they requested me to pay in full. They had different payment options available and again they never rushed to complete payment. 4. Packaging and Delievery: They have a really good packaging and very nice ring case and their delivery partner Sequel logistics is also a renowned company. So it came closed and secured along with the bill and certificates. The best thing about them is their support, guidance and get you the best for your money.
