Sarvada Jewel’s customer service was exemplary and the craftsmanship of the jewelry was simply superb. This was my first time customizing a ring and earrings (pendant combo) with diamonds and opals. From 3-D rendering to the final process everything went very seamlessly with Dhawal answering all my questions and providing me different option on the earring/ pendant combo. I am writing this review for our wedding rings purchased from Sarvada. I went to Sarvada’s website after Google search but ended up buying a pair of rings primarily because of the patience and support given by Dhawal (You will most probably be connected with him if you call without visiting the store). 1. Dhawal bhai stayed patient for over a month whilst I kept looking for solitaires. He also helped me understand how to evaluate diamonds. 2. Sarvada has connect with multiple suppliers. Dhawal was able to access diamonds (Google searched by me) not visible on Sarvada’s website. The rings I finally received were of excellent quality. 3. Delivery was insured by them and done smoothly. 4. We found one of the rings to be too thin. They picked it up, reworked and sent it back. Nutshell, for people staying away from Surat, Sarvada does deliver safely and the quality is great. If you get connected to Dhawal bhai, you will also have good conversations :)
