My experience with Sarvada Jewels was just perfect: easy to join, easy to get answers, professional, and quick to deliver. In less than a month, they managed to modelize the custom engagement ring I wanted, secure the diamonds, give me a rate, make it crafted, and ship it, (including customs time). I wont lie, I was a bit afraid of doing business with a foreign company, but Dhawal was helpful all along the process, allowing me to call a previous customer from my home country to build trust. He also gave me personal advices, from helping me chose the perfect diamond, to all kind of infos regarding shipping, payment, craftsmanship time etc. I asked my local jeweler to authenticate the ring (materials, stones etc.) and everything is in order, as described, and the estimated price is unreal in comparison to the price paid. All in all, all the promises were kept and I recommend Sarvada to anyone looking for the best of diamonds without breaking the bank. And yeah, I got engaged in the process !
