Made my first purchase with Sarvada and I have to say the experience was significantly better than going to my local jeweller, quality wise and cost wise. They helped me with the selection of the diamond, design work, providing videos at each step. All communication was across phone, whatsapp and videos. Initially I was reluctant as I had never heard of them and buying an expensive stone online also was a concern for me. The exchange of messages continued for more then a month and Anand patiently and religiously answered all my queries and doubts. Since, they don't ship to Arunachal Pradesh, I had to choose guwahati for the delivery which was arranged conveniently by Anand and Dhawal.
