During my visit to India, I came through Sarvada jewellers and we designed two diamond jewelleries with them. To try with, we made just a pendant, it was impressive. We liked Mr. Dhaval’s transparency, knowledge, fair pricing and quality of work and asked to design the second solitaire set, that's fantabulous too. Basically, now Mr. Dhaval and Sarvada is single stop for me to go for life for Diamond jewellery and I strongly recommend them. The details of experience as follow; Great Advisory : In North America, jewellers charge a lot money to give you a good recommendation. He gave us very effective, knowledgeable recommendations for free. He was more worried than me for choosing the right carbon piece, that satisfied me. Until he physically verify the brilliance and impurities of the stone, he hinged me to commit. Wow, that’s damn a deal to have someone that knowledgable strongly standing on your side ! Fair Pricing : Diamond market seems to be open but it’s not. I compared the cost of same diamond (you can use GIA number) with couple of Indian and Gujarati brands and also North American stores. His pricing is having significant positive difference. One thing, My Gujarati mind didn’t like about him is, he don’t negotiate :-) but the logical mind was still happy because at the end I was paying very competitive cost. Delivery and communication : We got these ornaments delivered at a very remote location in the map of Gujarat as well. He first verified his partner courier’s ability to securely deliver prior to take a single penny from me and made sure we get get the delivery on time. He was 100% right in giving the delivery date and we got them before time in both the cases. Delivery was securely packed and sealed to avoid middle man fraud in transportation. Quality : we wanted specific design for pendant and the diamond set and he made sure, we get it as per our need. He got the computer design of setting, and got pre approval before the work starts. The end product is very attractive as seen in picture.
